Asset-Based Thinking Leadership Forum Leaders from a wide range of organizations, including for-profit, non-profit and educational institutions, will participate in an intensive group learning called The Asset-Based Leadership Forum. Leaders discover their unique combination of assets for enrolling others and moving their agendas forward. We call this a leader's signature presence. Going forward, leaders can better use themselves as instruments for positive change. In this program, they hone their skills in making formal presentations, facilitating meetings, and engaging in challenging one-on-one interactions using the tools of Asset-Based Thinking. Individual 360 Feedback Assessment In this process, a TCI consultant interviews the individual's stakeholders and synthesizes the findings in an in-depth report that includes anonymous verbatim comments presented in such a way as to preserve authority. It is an enlightening, insightful profile of asset categories that the individual may or may not currently recognize. It also includes an account of one or more developmental opportunities, or the ifference that could make the difference This report is intended to illuminate how the leader is currently adding value to his/her stakeholder groups, and is used as a collaborative tool for creating a relevant and concrete development plan.
