The Cramer Institute - Our Services - Programs Asset-Based Thinking Leadership Forum Change The Way You See Everything Through Asset-Based Thinking When you change the way you see yourself, you can change anything. That's why it is so important to discover the unique combination of assets that make you the most compelling, effective leader you can be. We call this tapping into your signature presence. When you lead with the strengths that make you become a more powerful instrument for positive change. In this program, you will also learn how to enroll others and expand your circles of influence. You will develop new ABT influence skills for making formal presentations and engaging in challenging, as well as inspiring, one-on-one interactions. You will learn how to detect and accelerate progress to achieve challenging, complex goals. This Asset-Based Thinking Workshop brings leaders together from a wide range of organizations: business, professional services, not-for-profit, healthcare and education. Each person participates in intensive group learning experiences and individually-oriented skill development with ABT certified coaches. The primary objectives of The Asset-Based Leadership Forum are: - To enable the participants to become proficient Asset-Based Thinkers and learn new strategies for integrating the principles and practices of ABT into company culture and their individual lives.
- To increase leadership effectiveness by applying ABT to one's self, one's stakeholders and to any situation.
- To unleash participants' personal power, expand the field of influence and find ways to maximize impact as leaders.
