Beth Chesterton, MA Ed.Beth Chesterton serves as a Senior Consultant at The Cramer Institute and has been working in the field of human and organizational development for the past eighteen years. Typically Beth works within large organizations, working closely with management, to create programs and processes that help leaders and teams reach the next desired level of performance. Projects include: - Helping a successful organization bring Asset-Based Thinking into its culture to improve client satisfaction, in measurable ways, and to improve the quality of relationships between individuals and teams
- Developing cutting-edge performance management systems that integrate the principals of Asset-Based Thinking into each facet of the review process
- Designing a selection system for high turnover populations within the financial services industry
- Designing train-the-trainer processes for an international organization to create culture shifts in consistent and meaningful ways
- Creating a culture where having direct conversations or Courageous Conversations - about difficult issues is expected and even welcome and providing skills such that these conversations build versus destroy relationships.
Internal work experience includes managing a training and organizational development function serving 8,000 employees at Boatmen's Bancshares, as well as work at Citicorp in its Executive Development Center managing the process for developing high-potential bench-strength in The U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. Beth received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees, in Human & Organizational Development, from Vanderbilt University.
