Judy Dubin, MA Judy Dubin is a Partner with The Cramer Institute and has been with The Cramer Institute since 1995. She has led the development of Asset-Based Thinking and leadership as a Cramer Institute signature program and co-leads, with Kathryn Cramer, The Asset-Based Thinking Leadership Forum. Judy is the author of The Cramer Institute's trademarked high impact communication process, Courageous Conversations, which has been adopted and implemented by a wide range of local and global organizations. She co-facilitates Power and Presence with Kathryn Cramer, a very popular, high impact communication program that was developed in conjunction with The Actors Institute, New York. Judy has taken a lead role in designing the Cramer Institute's customized 360 feedback and coaching process, and often coaches a senior leader, works with their leadership team to achieve high performance teamwork, and then designs strategies for developing leadership throughout the entire organization. Judy has had extensive experience in designing and implementing initiatives that build highly satisfying and productive workplaces. Most recently Judy has developed and taught Asset-Based Facilitation to leaders within an organization who want to improve their facilitation skills. Prior to joining The Cramer Institute, Judy was the founder and President of Career Dimensions, Inc., a St. Louis based human resources consulting firm specializing in individual and organizational transition, founded in 1984. From 1993 to 1994 Judy consulted for Drake Beam Morin, Inc., the largest career transition and planning organization in the world, at that time. Judy is a recognized authority on individual and organizational transition planning. Judy has co-authored two books, including Fired for Success: How to Turn Losing Your Job Into the Opportunity of a Lifetime (Warner Books, 1990), as well as co-authoring many of the Cramer Institute's signature programs. Judy earned her Masters Degree in Education, with a major in Counseling, From St. Louis University. She received her Bachelors Degree from Washington University. She is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Missouri.
