Brenda Dribin

Brenda Dribin has more than twenty years of management and consulting experience. She has been assisting organizations get the kinds of results they want since starting her consulting business in 1991. Her ability to diagnose business issues objectively and to facilitate solutions have been key to her success. She specializes in mobilizing groups into action. Clients appreciate her clear-cut ideas and working knowledge of how to get where they want to be. Brenda has worked in organizational change her entire career. She was selected for a line management job immediately out of college because the department needed major change. She has continued that process of facilitating change and improving performance in large and small organizations throughout her career. She began her career as an occupational therapist in major medical centers in Springfield, Illinois, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She became an internal organizational development consultant during her tenure at Columbia Health System in Milwaukee. Since becoming an independent consultant in 1991, she has expanded her work to other businesses, academic institutions and nonprofit organizations. Brenda received her M.Ed. and B.S. cum laude from University of Missouri.
