Antoinette Bailey, MA

Antoinette (Toni) Bailey works as a senior consultant with The Cramer Institute providing executive coaching and workshops. As the retired Vice President of Community & Education Relations with The Boeing Company, Bailey has managed and coached employees over her 22 year career with the Fortune 100 Company. Bailey's career with The Boeing Company spanned various responsibilities including the Director of Training and Development for one of the company's major business operations. All training and development was designed and conducted for employees of the business unit.

Bailey's other experiences include working as an Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator in Panama, a Counselor for the Hearing Impaired for the State of Missouri, and an adjunct professor at Florissant Valley Community College.

Bailey received a bachelors degree in philosophy from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and a masters degree in guidance and counseling from Michigan State University, East Lansing. She completed post-graduate doctoral work in the field of rehabilitation counseling at Michigan State University, where she was a National Institute of Mental Health Fellow. She has attended executive training at The Wharton School and has been an executive in residence at Seattle University.

In addition to her work with The Cramer Institute where she provides private career coaching and workshops to Cramer Institute clients, Bailey also has her own consulting business where she provides business acumen and strategic management assistance to nonprofit organizations.

Bailey is an adjunct professor at both Washington University and Webster University in their Degree Programs in Non-Profit Management.

Bailey has been a board member of The Chicago Foundation for Women, past president of the board of directors of the YWCA of Metropolitan St. Louis, past chairman of the Contributions Committee of the Conference Board in Washington, D.C., and a member of the advisory council to the College of Business & Technology at Webster University. She is also a member of the International Women's Forum and the Missouri Women's Forum.

Bailey has made numerous presentations nationally and internationally on the subject of corporate citizenship and strategic philanthropy and has testified before Congress on the subject of the “Educational Needs of Businesses. She has received several awards including Most Influential Business Woman and Woman of Achievement.
