Eve Enslow Eve Enslow began her career as a broadcast journalist, focused on documentary and children's television. Her interests spread to technology in the mid-90s and she joined Microsoft in 1997 to lead a large scale effort bringing technical content to the web using streaming media, web-based chat, and other community-enabling technologies. From 2001-2005 she drove feature design and development in the Windows Media Platform business enhancing the music, television, and high definition video experience for Windows users around the world. In 2005, Eve became the first Diversity Program Manager in the Windows business – a role designed to develop and drive participation in diversity programs and training. Eve joined Telstar Consulting Services in 2006 to focus on facilitation, coaching, and team-building. Her current projects include authoring Change the Way You See Everything About Innovation an energizing and pragmatic workshop for corporate innovators as well as working on a full-length book with her colleague Michael Foster. Eve is a board member of the ACLU of Washington, a two-time IronMan Triathlon finisher, and a professional musician.
