Beth Page, Ph.D. Beth Page is an independent consultant in the areas of organizational renewal and change, and, executive coaching. She has over 17 years of experience providing professional expertise for leadership and management development, team effectiveness, large system change, strategic planning and diversity. She possesses significant cross-cultural experience having worked and lived in Japan and Europe. As an organizational consultant, Beth has worked for a variety of U.S. and global companies, including BJC Healthcare, Edward Jones, General American (now MetLife), Laclede Gas, MasterCard International, MEMC, Monsanto Company, SBC, UniGroup, and the U.S. Air Force. In her consulting work she provides individual and team coaching, 360 interview feedback processes, and, the creation and delivery of leadership development and change management programs. She has also created and implemented several communications programs in various companies, one entitled Courageous Conversations, co-created with Judy Dubin of The Cramer Institute; and, the other entitled Essential Conversations. Prior to her consulting work, she held a wide range of positions in the private, public and government sectors. The most recent of these was at a 14B biotech company, where she held the position of HR Vice President, in charge of Global Staffing and Diversity. She also held several organizational development roles within the same company. Earlier in her career, Beth held various positions within the U.S. Navy as a psychologist while located in Yokosuka, Japan and worked for Steelcase, Inc. in their internal Employee Assistance Program. Beth's educational background includes a Ph.D. and Masters in Counseling Psychology, both earned from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, and received specialized training from National Training Labs (NTL).
