Moira Whidby Moira Whidby is a Senior Consultant at Telstar Software Services and has been working in the fields of Strategic Planning, Marketing and Product Management for over twenty years. Her expertise includes project management, marketing management, social network infrastructure, event management, finance, web design, sales support, content creation & management for both the Information Technology and Theatre industries. Moira began her career with the theatre industry; she spent 15 years working on Broadway in positions such as House Seat Manager, Stage Manager and Associate Producer for organizations including the Dramatists Guild, Music Makers, Inc and Shubert Organization. During her Broadway years she managed various aspects of productions such as Cats (Sub-Stage Manager), Stepping Out (Sub-Stage Manager), Man of La Mancha (Associate Producer) and Ain't Broadway Grand (Associate Producer). After a life changing bike ride across the country (the American Lung Association Big Ride Across America), Moira began the next phase of her career in the Information Technology industry. Over the next 10 years with Microsoft she used her project management skills to create global campaigns and events, designed websites and created social networking infrastructures. She was instrumental in developing the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit which introduced the Asset-Based Thinking program to Microsoft. Moira has a solid ability to engage in deep Asset-Based research and coaching, allowing her to analyze complex data, establish clarity and craft a collaborative results-oriented action plan and timeline. She has a proven record of delivering win-win solutions thru effective relationship and project management, while consistently achieving results and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Moira received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree from Rutgers University and has since studied with the Kellogg School of Management.
