Beverly Berner Beverly (Bev) works as a senior consultant with The Cramer Institute providing executive coaching and 360 feedback. Bev has been coaching since 1996 and received her coach training from Coach University where she graduated in 1998. She has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. Clients appreciate the combination of Bev's coaching skills and her business acumen which provides a solid foundation for coaching professionals in the corporate environment. Prior to becoming a coach, Bev had a successful business background spanning over 20 years. Most recently, she was a VP with Cass Bank for over seven years. In that capacity she called on owners of small and mid-size privately held firms and learned the financial aspects of running a business. Bev also has over 10 years progressive experience in the advertising business. She worked most recently in St. Louis as a VP, Account Group Supervisor for DMB&B and Gardner Advertising. Her clients included Anheuser-Busch, Purina, and Banquet Foods. Her experience with various advertising clients exposed Bev to the importance of marketing and advertising in the success of the business strategy. In addition to her work at the Cramer Institute, Bev provides career coaching and mid-life coaching to professionals through her program entitled Act 2. Bev graduated from Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY with a BS degree in Communications with departmental honors. She is active in the St. Louis community and is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club. She has also served on the board of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners). Currently she is the leader of the St. Louis Coaches.
